Scholarship and Financial Assistance

The Office of Student Affairs assists students in availing of financial assistance and other grants/scholarships. The Office also monitors and facilitates the SFA Online application, student scholarships, student assistantship and student loans.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Student Learning Assistance System (SLAS Online) is a program that collects information regarding UP students’ capacity to participate in academic activities. SLAS Online is designed to help UP Student Affairs units determine the type of support to be extended to students experiencing financial difficulties and the digital divide. The portal can be accessed through https://slasonline.up.edu.ph/.

Please monitor the SLAS Online Portal for the application process and period. We will also announce the opening of the SLAS Online through our UP Cebu OSA Facebook Page.
